HELPFUL TIPS FOR SIZING


Winds/Perc Tops

  • Available in Short, Regular and Tall
  • Designed to be fitted. Expect an athletic trim fit at “true” size.
  • Upsize should be considered if you want a looser fit
  • Use Chest and Waist to choose a size for our tops. The larger of the measurements is suggested when choosing sizes.

Winds/Perc Bibbers

  • Available in Regular and Short (our bibbers have adjustable shoulders and come unfinished at the bottom for accurate sizing capabilities).
  • Designed to be fitted. Expect an athletic trim fit at “true” size.
  • Upsize should be considered if you want a looser fit
  • Use Chest, Waist, and Hips to choose a size for our bibbers. The larger of the measurements is suggested when choosing sizes.

GUARDuniforms

  • Available in Short, Regular and Tall
  • All of our unitards, dresses and tunics are designed to be a clean, trim fit to the body.
  • Unitards are sent with extra length in the legs for hemming.
  • Use Chest, Waist, and Hips to choose a size. The larger of the measurements is suggested when choosing sizes.

After You Order


PRODUCTION TIMELINES


Shipping occurs after production is complete. Keep that in mind when considering your timeline to order. Production timelines listed below could be altered based on order criteria which will be communicated with you. If you have a deadline inside of these standard production timelines, please contact us to discuss.

Performing Arts Products

  • Winds/Perc and Guard Uniforms – 6 weeks
  • Winds/Perc and Guard Uniform Add-ons – 4 weeks
  • Custom Printed Flags – 2-3 weeks
  • Custom Printed Props – 1-2 weeks
  • Custom Printed Floors – 2 weeks after mini-floor approval
  • Custom Printed Accessories – 6 weeks

Apparel & Athletic Wear

  • Custom Sublimated Apparel – 6 weeks
  • Online Stores – 2 weeks after closing of store
  • Screenprinting, Embroidery, Transfer, DTG – 2 weeks

Printed Graphics

  • Stickers, Decals and Wall Graphics – 2 weeks
  • Banners, Table Covers, and Displays – 2 weeks

SHIPPING INFORMATION


Step 4

We use UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and both UPS or FedEx Regular Freight services as standard procedure, and all shipping costs will be included on your quote. Please contact us to discuss any priority shipping options that may be available.

 


PAYMENT PROCEDURES


All orders will be subject to one of the below payment options:

  1. $2000 and below – Paid in full prior to production
  2. $2001 and above – 50% payment due prior to production, 50% balance due prior to shipping
  3. School or Company Issued Purchase Order
  4. Independent Organizations – Paid in full prior to production

Preferred Methods of Payment:

  1. Online Bank Draft – $0
  2. Check – $0
  3. Credit Card – 3.5% fee

Terms: Accounts with 1 year of timely payments will be eligible for payment terms of Net 10 days from delivery.
